MOTTO: Study to show thyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed but rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).
The first day of the week is the Lord’s day. It is a Christian instruction for regular observance. It is a day that commemorates the resurrection of Christ from the dead and should include exercises of worship and spiritual devotion, both public and private. Activities on the Lord’s Days should be in accordance with the Christian’s conscience under the Lordship of Jesus Christ (Ex 20:8-11, Matt 12:1-12, 28ff:1ff, Mk 2:27-28, 16:1-7, Lk 24:1-3, 33-36 John 4:21-24).
